Not necessarily. I normally begin by reviewing the systems you already use and identifying what can be achieved with them. Any additional software or licences will be discussed before work begins.

How long does an automation project take?

It depends on the systems and complexity. Small, clearly defined workflows may be completed within a few weeks. You’ll receive an agreed scope and estimated schedule before implementation begins.

Can you work remotely?

Yes. Discovery, process review, implementation and handover can normally be completed remotely using video calls and secure access agreed with you.

Will you need access to our systems?

Some projects require temporary access or client-created credentials. Access requirements, security responsibilities and how credentials will be handled are agreed before work begins.

What happens after the initial review?

You receive a written recommendation and implementation estimate. You can use the report internally, ask JEY Automation to quote for the work or decide not to proceed.

Do you provide ongoing support?

An agreed defect-fixing period is included with implementation projects. Ongoing monitoring or support can be discussed separately where appropriate.
